Here’s another reflection from Workcamp 2012 in preparation for our sharing event in the regular worship services this weekend. Here Abbie Stone reflects a little on the theme of the week and some of what she learned during Workcamp.

Revelation 21:5, “Look I am making everything new!”
In this verse, God isn’t just letting us know something, he is commanding our attention. Sometimes we think God isn’t talking to us, but usually, we are the ones not listening. God is saying, “HEY! PAY ATTENTION!”
Once he has our attention, we can’t just listen; we need to hear and understand it. God can do everything and anything, but he still works through us so we need to be willing to serve and worship God.
